b33d Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between b33d ("b33d", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the b33d platform available at b33d.io. By creating an account or using any service offered by b33d, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the b33d platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing the b33d platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any game, or claiming any promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the b33d Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

1.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and b33d with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

1.3 b33d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon posting to the b33d website. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To register an account and use the b33d platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing b33d from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on b33d or any affiliated platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously had a b33d account closed for a breach of these Terms.

2.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 b33d reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided during registration at any time. Acceptable identification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may be established by a recent utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document issued within the preceding three months.

2.4 b33d reserves the right to decline any application for account registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3 Account Management

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold one active b33d account only. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, b33d may close all accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances held across those accounts.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any secondary authentication credentials associated with your b33d account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. b33d will never request your password via any communication channel.

3.3 You must notify b33d immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. b33d cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify b33d promptly.

3.4 Account Currency. All b33d accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals will be processed in BDT. The ৳ symbol denotes BDT amounts throughout the b33d platform.

3.5 b33d accounts are for personal use only. Commercial use of a b33d account, including operating an account on behalf of a third party or offering a betting service through a b33d account, is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

b33d accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your b33d account upon confirmation of receipt of funds. b33d does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your b33d account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. b33d does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Deposits received from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. b33d aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 48 hours of approval, subject to successful identity verification.

b33d reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal. You may be required to submit proof of identity, proof of address, and evidence of the payment method to be used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being held pending or cancelled.

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Refer to Clause 6 for full details.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

b33d operates strict anti-money laundering ("AML") controls. b33d reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. b33d may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the affected player.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 All bets and wagers placed on b33d are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published on the relevant product page within the b33d platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 b33d reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error in the odds feed, bets placed on events where the result was already determined at the time of placement, and bets placed using fraudulent or manipulated data.

5.3 In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed without notice at any time where b33d determines it is necessary to protect the integrity of the market. Bets accepted prior to a suspension will stand unless they fall within the voiding criteria set out in Clause 5.2.

5.4 Maximum payout limits apply to winnings from individual bets and from the aggregation of winnings from multiple bets placed within a single 24-hour period. Current payout limits are published within the b33d platform and may be updated from time to time.

5.5 All casino games available on b33d utilise certified random number generators ("RNG") independently audited by the game providers. b33d does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player ("RTP") rates for each slot title are disclosed in the game information panel.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 b33d offers a variety of promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this Clause 6.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus amounts credited to a player's b33d account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on b33d bonuses is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount.

6.3 Game Weightings. Not all games contribute equally toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower weighting than slot titles. The specific contribution weighting for each game category is published in the bonus terms. Placing bets on games with zero contribution will not progress the wagering requirement.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim window will expire automatically. Once claimed, bonuses must have their associated wagering requirements fulfilled within the period stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any related winnings upon expiry.

6.5 b33d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. b33d also reserves the right to withhold or recover bonus funds where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or circumvention of the bonus terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b33d platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and may have balances withheld pending investigation:

• Use of automated betting bots, scripts, or any software tool designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input;
• Arbitrage betting strategies intended to exploit pricing discrepancies across markets or between b33d and other operators;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, poker hand, or other gaming event;
• Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or operate your b33d account;
• Providing false or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or in breach of applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the b33d platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing bets on markets where the player has advance knowledge of the outcome due to corruption, match-fixing, or insider information;
• Using the b33d platform in any manner intended to harass, defraud, or otherwise harm b33d or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the b33d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the property of b33d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the b33d platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the b33d platform without the prior written consent of b33d.

8.3 The b33d name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of b33d. You may not use any b33d trademark without the prior written consent of b33d.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b33d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the b33d platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

9.2 b33d's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of your deposits made to b33d in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 b33d does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of harmful components. b33d undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but is not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, acts of government, or force majeure events.

10 Privacy and Data

10.1 b33d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at b33d.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10.2 By registering an account on b33d, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of data for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.

10.3 b33d may share your data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements. b33d will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 b33d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. b33d provides a suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 12 Suspension and Termination

12.1 b33d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if b33d determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to b33d, other players, or third parties.

12.2 Upon suspension or termination of your account for breach of these Terms, b33d reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel all pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances. Real-money balances that are not connected to any breach may be returned to you via the same payment method as your last deposit, at b33d's discretion, following the completion of any applicable investigation.

12.3 You may request the closure of your b33d account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of standard verification checks.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 b33d reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, b33d will post the updated Terms on the b33d website with a revised effective date. Where b33d determines that changes are significant, b33d may additionally notify registered players via the contact email address on file.

13.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the b33d platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the b33d platform immediately and request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.3.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the b33d platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with b33d's support team will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out by b33d from time to time.

14.3 Nothing in this Clause 14 limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
